I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Life and Career Coach who supports and empowers actors, performers and creatives all over the world through 1:1 coaching, yoga, group facilitation and more.

First and foremost, I’d like to connect with you human-to-human! Whatever has brought you to my website, thank you for being here. I know that landing on a page full of information can feel a bit daunting and overwhelming – especially if you’re seeking support. So, if you’re reading this, I want you to know that you are so welcome here.

Coach

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach (CPCC) offering one-to-one coaching for actors, performers, and creatives. My work has a specific focus on making time to pause and reflect, prioritising what matters most, and leading with compassion towards ourselves and others.

I am also a front of room leader and group facilitator. I love creating safe, sacred and nurturing spaces for people to show up fully, helping them to be witnessed and feel truly ‘seen’.

Game Changer

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in the spring of 2020, I decided to take action. I set up a global network of 85 life coaches to provide coaching to actors and performers. The network collectively coached over 600 actors and performers offering out in excess of 1,700 coaching hours.

I am also the founder of the Wellbeing Series, a bespoke wellbeing programme for actors and performers which I launched at Spotlight (Europe’s leading casting platform) in November 2020. I created the Wellbeing Series to support and empower actors and performers to navigate the mental health challenges of the acting profession, and the uncertain times that we're living through. I believe deeply that every actor and performer deserves to thrive in this challenging and competitive industry.

When we lead from our hearts, we make others feel seen and heard, and this in turn helps to unlock our power. This heart-centred approach is at the core of everything I do, and I believe it’s a game-changer for our industry too.
