Facilitation

Alongside one-to-one coaching, I am also a front of room leader and group facilitator.

One of the things I enjoy most about what I do is creating opportunities for people to come together and support each other. I love creating safe, sacred and nurturing spaces for people to show up fully, helping them to be witnessed and feel truly ‘seen’.

As society has become more fragmented, and the pace and demands of life have become ever more hectic, there are fewer opportunities for us to converge and share a space where we can grow and learn together.

Sharing the things that are in our hearts creates a space of shared vulnerability that leads to deep connection. The Coronavirus pandemic has highlighted just how much we yearn for deep connection with each other. And having the experience of being witnessed and supported by others is a deep-rooted need that we have. It helps to unlock our power.

My facilitation style is authentic, open and nurturing. People tell me that my presence immediately helps them to feel safe and calm.

I run online meditation sessions and online and in-person supportive peer-to-peer circles. I often collaborate and co-lead with my friend and fellow coach, Su Mee Tan.

Alongside my regular work in the performing arts industry, I also enjoy helping to support and empower women of all ages through a monthly Sister Circle that I run in collaboration with my local yoga studio.

"Bea led a series of wellbeing sessions for my team at a particularly challenging time. Her calm encouragement and ability to build a safe space was above and beyond what we could have expected. She provided opportunities for us to connect, breathe, reflect and develop tools for resilience, mindfulness and self-awareness. I can’t compliment Bea’s attitude, skills and abilities enough. She is a wonderful facilitator who makes you feel at ease with her compassionate nature. Our experience through the sessions led to a great sense of healing and understanding for us as individuals and as a team. I would recommend Bea to anyone and everyone. We were extremely lucky to have her incredible support during this time."

"Bea and Su Mee are such wonderful hosts. They are so inclusive, patient and caring. They are knowledgeable and experienced and generous with both of these things. They are responsive and encouraging to comments from participants."

"I thought that this was a really stand-out event in its ability to build trust quickly, hold silence and reframe using the power of enquiry, perspective and curiosity. I had a huge aha moment - one that helped me understand that some of thinking was contributing to my overall feeling of being stuck. I felt so much more lighter after this session and new ideas have started to open up for me - thank you.”
